The PRB is excited to announce the launch of a new portal for submitting annual and other reports: the PRB Pension Online Reporting Tool.

The portal is intended to replace email submissions and to be more secure and efficient in getting your information to us.

Please use the email address you have on file with the PRB. If you are not registered as a system contact, your system administrator should contact us to add you as an authorized user.
Once you click “Send Log In Link,” the system will send you an email.
Once you are logged in successfully, you should see your plan(s) listed to be able to begin uploading reports.
A: Users may log into the portal by entering their email address on file with the PRB into the field on the log in page. If the email address does not work, please contact the PRB.
A: We strongly encourage reports and forms to be submitted through the portal as it is a more secure and efficient method. If there is trouble uploading a report, please contact the PRB.
A: All files submitted via the portal must be in PDF format.
A: Users can see files submitted through the portal within the last few years on their Report Dashboard.
