Westley is the Accountant for the Pension Review Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Previously, Westley worked for several years as a Financial Services Professional in the Austin area and as a Research Specialist under the Training and Accreditation Division of the PRB.
